Job Description

  • Provide SharePoint support to client company across two Microsoft SharePoint tenant farms
  • Provide support to over 30 internal SharePoint developed apps
  • Update internal SharePoint Apps provided by SharePoint Developer
  • Update and maintain third party Crow Canyon tool
  • Create/update Operations and System documentation as needed
  • Troubleshoot submitted user request and record through Honu Help Desk Ticketing System
  • Administer SharePoint User Permission according to company policy and procedure
  • Monitor and run monthly reports of SharePoint tenant storage, Microsoft Power Automate, and errors
  • Run user report through third party tool ShareGate
  • Ability to operate effectively in a geographically diverse environment
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of SharePoint 
  • Working knowledge of HTML 5 and CSS
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Domain Infrastructure and Active Directory
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Programming or related preferred
  • SharePoint certification a plus

Physical Requirements

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time.  Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen.  Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner.  May include lifting weigh up to thirty (30) pounds as necessary.
