Job Requirements of Talent Acquisition Lead:
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or another related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in talent acquisition and HR processes.
- Experience in ATS Systems (preferably iCIMS) and CRM/Talent communities.
- Travel, as needed, for annual meetings, training and other yearly events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive).
- Working knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Requires strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong team player that is able to work within and across organizational boundaries and geographic locations/time zones.
- Previous experience working remotely is strongly preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen.
Must have enough mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner.
May include lifting weigh up to thirty (30) pounds, as necessary.
Location/Work Schedule:
This is a remote work from home position.
Remote opportunities are strongly preferred in the following states: Texas and Illinois.
Although there is flexibility built into the role, it is expected that the Talent Acquisition Lead be available during normal business hours and have a dedicated workspace.
On occasion the person in this role may be asked to support the company’s needs early in the morning or evenings.

Talent Acquisition Lead
Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent that aligns with the organization’s goals. This role oversees the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborates with departments leaders, hiring managers and HR leadership to forecast hiring needs and ensure seamless candidate experiences. Key responsibilities include managing the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), managing vendor relationships, sourcing, screening, creating job posting, and coordinating interviews while ensuring compliance with hiring practices in accordance with state and federal regulations.

- Manage full life cycle recruitment and manage the candidate experience.
- Understand HR processes and talent acquisition trends.
- Collaborate with Department/HR leadership and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions, while providing support in making data-driven hiring decisions based on qualifications and skills.
- Assess candidate data, screen resumes, and review applications to facilitate the selection process.
- Schedule and conduct phone/virtual screenings and assist with scheduling Hiring Manager interviews.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows, utilizing iCIMS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage and update the ATS job template library, post requisitions and monitor the job board listings.
- Utilize the Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system to create and manage recruitment campaigns and automate candidate communication.
- Serve as the ATS administrator and account point of contact for talent-related systems, including the ATS, other vendors and tools.
- Troubleshoot ATS related issues and coordinate with vendor support as needed.
- Conduct training for Team Members and Hiring Managers on ATS systems, hiring practices and system updates.
- Ensuring compliance with job postings and adherence to company policies, industry standards and state and federal regulations.
