Job Requirements of Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) L4:
Skills / Experience Required
- Secret Clearance
- 10+ years of experience/education providing cyber security, information systems security, RMF, C&A support
- Experience working with EMASS, creating DIACAP packages, and RMF procedures
- Provide Certification and Accreditation (C&A) support for the program
- Oversee the documentation of network assets' quantity and specifications for certification and accreditation
- Conduct risk assessments and prepare attendant documentation
- Submit risk assessments and related documentation into EMASS, EITDR, RMF, or other DIACAP databases for certification and accreditation purposes
- Manage data entry and risk assessments to ensure successful certification and accreditation of systems and software
- Ensuring compliance with DOD information assurance and cybersecurity standards and protocols
- Extensive experience in information systems security management
- Deep understanding of Certification and Accreditation (C&A) processes, including DIACAP, RMF, EMASS, and EITDR
- Proven ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and manage complex documentation processes
- Strong knowledge of network assets and peripheral equipment specifications.
- Proficiency in using C&A databases and tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Education / Certifications
- 10 years of experience/education providing cyber security, information systems security, RMF, C&A support
- Minimum high school diploma
- Minimum DoD 8570 IAT I compliance (Please reference https://public.cyber.mil/wid/dod8140/dod-approved-8570-baseline-certifications/)

Physical Requirements
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and that may include lifting to thirty pounds, as necessary.

Job Summary
Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Level Four Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to join our team. In this critical role, you will provide comprehensive Certification and Accreditation (C&A) support for our program, ensuring the security and compliance of our network and peripheral equipment.
As a Level Four ISSM, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the documentation of the quantity and specifications of installed network assets for certification and accreditation purposes. You will conduct thorough risk assessments and manage attendant documentation, ensuring that all necessary information is submitted into the appropriate databases, such as the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (EMASS), Enterprise Information Technical Data Repository (EITDR), Risk Management Framework (RMF), and other Department of Defense (DOD) Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) databases.
Compensation Minimum: $125,000
Compensation Maximum: $135,000
