Skills / Experience Required
• Extensive expertise in program management related to space and cyberspace, as they relate to Science and Technology (S&T)
• Preferred: Previous involvement in classified access programs, showcasing a track record of navigating sensitive and confidential environments with discretion and integrity
• Flourishes as a self-initiator, thriving in roles where autonomy and independent decision-making are paramount, while consistently delivering outstanding results with minimal oversight
• Exhibits a proactive mindset and a natural inclination towards taking preemptive actions to address issues before they escalate, showcasing a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk mitigation
• Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, adept at articulating complex ideas clearly and effectively, fostering seamless collaboration and understanding across diverse teams and stakeholders
Education / Certifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) - relevant work experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. Job Title: Science & Technology Analyst L3 - 5341
Job Location: Peterson SFB, Colorado Springs, CO 80914
Job Salary: $115,000-$130,000
Job Summary
Highly motivated expert in Space and Cyberspace to provide Advisory and Assistance Services to Space Operation Command's (SpOC) Science and Technology division.
This position directly supports SpOC's Chief Scientist in the analysis, and potential for integration, of cyberspace capabilities.
In this position, you will facilitate all phases, processes, and procedures associated with the Cyber Capability Collaboration Team (CCT), supporting all actions and activities related to Management of Science and Technology (AFI 61-101).
Specific duties and responsibilities include:
Providing technical and managerial oversight for the annual 3-phased CCT process for both Cyber Security and Cyber Operations; managing and facilitating the development of cyber operations and cyber security technical needs for the warfighter; coordinating with external agencies (ex. Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL)) to determine material and/or non-material solutions to warfighting needs; coordinating potential cyber operations and security solutions with Program Offices and assisting in the management of solution roadmaps for potential entry into the SpOC Corporate Process in support of future capability presentation; providing technical guidance and facilitation for outreach campaigns to include engagements with Space Deltas, Space Warfighting Analysis Center/Space Security and Defense Program, Joint community, and research laboratories.
In addition to the activities listed above, you will provide technical support and advisement for cyber S&T activities related to the overall progress of the cyber CCT process to include: Attending S&T related conferences and providing technical support to cyber S&T tasks.
