- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Management, Finance, or equivalent preferred) or Associate’s Degree plus 2 years’ additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
- 8 or more years of experience performing work related to program or project management.
- Experience working on high-visibility or mission-critical government programs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead a multi-disciplinary team.
- Experience managing complex projects and working directly with senior Government personnel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
- Familiarity with Navy ERP, DCAS, SOW, Seaport-NxG, PIEE, WAWF, EDA, and DTS
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Program Manager
Job Title: Program Manager, Senior
Location: Patuxent River, Maryland
Introduction:
Rivet Operations Company is hiring for a highly motivated Senior Program Manager to join our team at Patuxent River, MD. Rivet is a leading industry partner delivering expertise in program and project management, financial analysis, IT support, and administrative services across the Department of Defense.
As the senior leader on-site, you will serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government stakeholders for all aspects of the contracted effort, while overseeing contract execution and team performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort.
- Act as the primary point of contact with Government program authorities and stakeholders regarding technical and program/project issues.
- Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to the entire project team.
- Manage the acquisition and employment of program/project resources.
- Ensure performance objectives and timelines are met, and deliverables align with contract requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and implement continuous improvements.
- Provide business/financial/resource planning and funds management support to various program management offices.
- Oversee contract compliance, reporting, and status briefings.
- Provide mentorship and supervision to junior and mid-level staff.
Compensation Minimum: $143,477.57
Compensation Maximum: $159,419.52
