Job Requirements of Talent Management Analyst:
Skills / Experience Required
- 3 to 5 years of experience in talent management required
- Disseminate guidance, interpret policies and regulations, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective execution
- Experience interacting with leadership within the ASA (ALT) community, Command Staff Offices, External Organizations, Center Directors/Supervisors/Workforce, and DASA DES personnel to facilitate talent management efforts
- Effective communication with various organizations to coordinate talent management initiatives across the Army
- Tracks program data and provides reports on Talent Management effectiveness, offering input on new initiatives to align with Army goals
- Experience conducting and developing talent management studies to identify workforce trends, skill gaps, and imbalances
- Regularly tracks and maintains program data
- Reporting on the status and effectiveness of talent management programs in achieving the Army’s strategic objectives
- Offer input and assist on new or proposed talent management initiatives, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with Army goals
- Coordinate with vendors, instructors, briefers, and attendees. Manage course/event logistics, address questions, resolve issues, and compile results to evaluate program effectiveness
- Provide recommendations for action plans when operational changes arise
- Supports and coordinates courses and events, resolving issues and evaluating effectiveness, and assists in executing approved programs
- Conduct studies to name workforce trends and skill gaps, creating strategies for reskilling and upskilling, and analyzes data to recommend improvements
- Assist in executing approved programs and plans to ensure successful outcomes
- Experience in conducting workforce analysis and developing strategic plans
- Ability to interpret and implement policies and regulations
- Proficiency in data management and reporting
- Experience in coordinating and facilitating training courses or events

Physical Requirements
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and that may include lifting to thirty pounds, as necessary.

Job Summary
Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is looking for an enthusiastic, well-qualified individual to fill the Talent Management Analyst position and to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.
The ideal candidate will serve as a Management Analyst for the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Defense Exports and Cooperation (DASA DE&C), playing a pivotal role in managing and developing talent within the organization. This strategic position involves engaging with ASA (ALT) leadership and acting as the backup Information Management Officer, Security, and Facilities Point of Contact for DASA DES’s APG duty location, with occasional on-site responsibilities.
