Job Requirements of Quality Assurance Representative:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- High School Diploma
- Must be willing to relocate to the Republic of Marshall Islands, Kwajalein Atoll.
- Up to three (5) years of relevant experience preferably supporting U.S. Government customer(s) within the Department of Defense (DoD) community.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Efficiently work in a demanding and flexible environment and demonstrate ability to effectively organize, delegate, and prioritize action items.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be highly proficient using MS Office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project, Teams, Outlook) with the capability to coordinate and brief the military and US Government personnel.
- Capable of planning and participating in and leading conference calls, impromptu updates, and preparing comprehensive meeting minutes.
- Ability to travel.
- Experience with inspection tools, testing equipment, and mechanical systems.
- Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance at the appropriate level for the duration of the contract.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in the concentration of relevancy.
- Knowledge and experience managing USG contract requirements and deliverables.
- Familiarity with Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP).
- Knowledge of U.S. Army rank, grade structure, and government civilian pay scale equivalencies.
- GFEBS training and currency.
- Familiar with the following areas: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, welding, aviation, watercraft, and information technologies (IT).
- Experience working OCONUS.
- Active security clearance with current investigation, a plus.

Physical Requirements: Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including, but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May include lifting weight up to thirty (30) pounds as necessary.

Quality Assurance Representative
Tactica Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced and qualified Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) for a Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance (SETA) contract supporting the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, Engineer (DCSENG) for facilities, engineering and sustainment, and environmental planning and compliance at the Republic of Marshall Islands (RMI), Kwajalein Atoll. This QAR position will focus on the project workflow system for base maintenance, repairs, modifications, and other projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, guidance, and Quality Assurance (QA) oversight to ensure contract requirements, objectives, and standards have been achieved in accordance with applicable Statements of Work (SOW) or Performance Work Statements (PWS).
- Conduct QA audits and assessments to identify, record, and report deficiencies.
- Recommend preventative and corrective action efforts, conduct Root Cause and Statistical Analyses and report findings.
- Provide technical and/or administrative recommendations to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Reevaluate areas of concern and/or noncompliance to ensure corrective actions have adequately resolved deficiencies.
- Establish, collaborate, and maintain professional relationships with coworkers, and all stakeholders.
- Must have knowledge, understanding, and proficiency in Work Management Systems, specifically the Army’s General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) and the Army Maintenance Application (ARMA).
- Assist with coordinating procedures for monitoring Help Desk operation for supporting facility maintenance.
- Must understand process flow and execution for Preventative Maintenance Orders, Operational Work Orders, Demand Maintenance Orders, DA Form 4283, and other associated work classifications with priority ranking.
- Understand reports and field inspections to verify work was completed to standards identified, via Army Publications, Manufacture Regulations, and Best Industry Standards for a variety of systems and equipment. Site visits and physical verification of completed work will be required for this role.
- Understand contractual language and Army Regulations for work order execution and document actuals.
- Document and project trends with respect to work execution and/or the need for adjusted maintenance frequency.
- Must be able to work within a team and assist alternate field Quality Representatives to ensure compliance and/or document deficiencies.
- Verify the Department of Public Works (DPW) deliverables are monitored and executed within time constraints. On-time submittal tracking for engineering design, parts procurement, delivery, and work execution,
- Other duties, as assigned.
Compensation Minimum: $100,000
Compensation Maximum: $120,000
