Requirements Management Corporate Process Manager Skills and Experience:
- Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
- 15+ years of experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) operations, including the last five years in TS/SCI environments
- Subject matter expertise in Joint Publication 5.0, with practical experience applying joint planning principles across multi-domain operations
- Experienced in the Military OPORD process, with demonstrated success in formalizing Requirements Management Corporate Process (RMCP) decisions and taskings
- Well-versed in Joint Planning Processes and Systems Engineering, with the ability to address complex program requirements across multiple STARCOM units
- Strong understanding of DOTMLPF-P and its role in strategic planning, capability development, and organizational alignment
- Extensive experience in space training, testing, and the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process
- Recognized for delivering strategic guidance and technical insight to program teams, project managers, and senior leaders
- Experienced in client engagement, translating operational needs into actionable plans and presenting them to senior leadership with clarity and confidence
- Capable of producing high-quality executive reports and presentations, distilling complex data into clear, concise formats for informed decision-making
- Analytical and solutions-oriented, skilled in evaluating and optimizing mission-critical requirements and operational challenges
- Expert in integrating test, training, and exercise requirements across STARCOM missions in the Air, Space, and Cyberspace domains
- Adept at cultivating strong relationships and partnerships with stakeholders across all leadership levels

- Master's degree in a related field (MA/MS/ME)

Job Summary
Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking an enthusiastic and well-qualified individual to fill the role of Requirements Management Corporate Process (RMCP) Manager. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a diverse and talented team dedicated to mission success and innovation.
In this role, you will manage and coordinate all activities and priorities of the RMCP Working Group (WG). Key responsibilities include facilitating monthly WG meetings, managing subgroup actions, and overseeing the development and presentation of requirement requests. You will also be responsible for ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed of progress and for reviewing all military orders developed within the RMCP to ensure alignment with STARCOM’s strategic objectives.
The RMCP provides a scalable, predictable, and enduring framework for Space Training and Readiness Command (STARCOM) requirements management. It defines how the command receives, develops, and manages both internal and external requirements, ensuring traceability to higher-level guidance and strategic direction. Validated requirements are then translated into prioritized material, non-material, and resourcing decisions that support STARCOM’s Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process, Operational Orders (OPORDs), and Unfunded Requirements (UFRs) cycles
Compensation Minimum: $205,000
Compensation Maximum: $225,000
