Job Requirements of Business Operations Administrative Analyst:
Skills / Experience Required
Business Operation Administrative Analyst Skills and Experience:
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
- 10+ years’ experience supporting senior DoD military and civilian leaders with operational and administrative tasks
- Skilled in managing workflows and internal processes to ensure timely task execution
- Monitors and tracks taskings and correspondence, managing suspense dates and providing assignment recommendations
- Supports strategic communications from planning through execution
- Ensures quality and compliance with organizational standards across all deliverables
- Prepares reports and presentations, analyzing data to support team objectives
- Develops briefing packages and coordination materials for senior leadership and external approval
- Drafts memorandums, letters, reports, and spreadsheets; organizes and maintains official records
- Creates and manages SharePoint sites and document libraries for easy access to key materials
- Assists with SOP development and updates
- Handles daily operational coordination, to include Calendars and meetings, DTS travel entries, and Visitor management and security tasks
- Coordinates organizational events such as town halls and program-wide meetings
Education / Certifications
- Business Operation Administrative Analyst Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (required)

Security Clearance

Physical Requirements
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and that may include lifting to thirty pounds, as necessary.

Job Salary: $110,000 - $120,500
Job Summary
Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Business Operations Administrative Analyst (Level 3) to support the Branch Chief of Staff for the United States Space Force (USSF). This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in advancing national security and shaping the future of space operations.
This position will provide critical support for classified acquisition programs, focusing on the development and deployment of advanced test and training capabilities necessary to ensure continued space superiority.
We are looking for a dynamic professional with strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a steadfast commitment to supporting the USSF mission in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Compensation Minimum: $110,000
Compensation Maximum: $120,500
