Job Requirements of Program Security Representative (L4):
Skills / Experience Required
Program Security Representative (L4) Skills and Experience:
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance eligibility
- Willing and able to complete a Government Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph, if required
- 15+ years of experience in Department of Defense roles, with a strong performance record and demonstrated subject matter expertise
- 5+ years of recent experience working in SAP and/or SCI environments
- Proven experience ensuring compliance with DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy, and supporting the development and implementation of procedures to safeguard SAP, SCI, and Collateral data in support of U.S. military operations
- Expertise in day-to-day security operations, including continuous assessment of procedures to identify shortfalls and recommending improvements to policies, procedures, and security systems
- Skilled in identifying vulnerabilities, threats, and risks affecting test, training, and operational activities, with experience briefing findings to various levels of government personnel
- Experienced in incident response, including notifying program technical and management staff of security matters, investigating actual or suspected compromises of classified or sensitive information, and conducting preliminary inquiries and damage assessments
Education / Certifications

- Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of education

Physical Requirements
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and that may include lifting to thirty pounds, as necessary.

Job Summary
Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a highly motivated and well-qualified individual to serve as a Program Security Representative (Level 4). This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside a diverse, skilled team dedicated to mission success and excellence in support of our customers.
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, day-to-day multi-discipline security support for designated Space Training and Readiness Command (STARCOM) Special Access Programs (SAPs), with the flexibility to support Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Collateral programs as needed. This role requires ensuring full compliance with applicable security policies and directives, including DCID, ICD, and SAP guidance. The selected individual will also assist in the development and execution of approved policies and procedures to safeguard SAP, SCI, and Collateral information in support of U.S. military operations.
Compensation Minimum: $177,000
Compensation Maximum: $197,000
