What You Bring:
- U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years in medical readiness, healthcare admin, or related field
- Knowledge of ARNG medical readiness systems and protocols
- Strong data management and communication skills
Physical Requirements
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25 lbs.

SCA Medical Readiness Program Specialist
Job Title: SCA Medical Readiness Program Specialist
Location: Fort Stewart, GA
Join our team and help ensure the medical readiness of those who serve.
We're looking for a detail-oriented, mission-driven specialist to manage medical data, ensure compliance, and support the health readiness of personnel. You'll work with leadership, conduct briefings, and contribute to national readiness efforts.
What You’ll Do:
- Track and analyze medical readiness data for compliance and improvement
- Present findings and briefings to senior leadership
- Manage records using systems like MEDPROS and MODS
- Conduct and support training sessions
- Collaborate with teams and work independently
- Utilize tools like MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat

Compensation Minimum: $17.75
Compensation Maximum: $20.00
