Job Requirements of Program Analyst II:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: 6+ years in manpower analysis, force structure planning, equipping/stationing support, or similar functions (with recent experience).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree OR 8 years of directly related experience.
- Desirable: HTAR course or FA50 experience.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical, writing, and briefing abilities.
- Familiarity with Army planning tools, MDMP, and relevant Army regulations (AR 71-32, AR 570-4).
- Competence in Microsoft Office and DoD force management systems.
Other Requirements:
- Must hold and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance.
- Must complete required INSCOM training (TARP, OPSEC, ATCTS, etc.).
- Occasional travel may be required (CONUS and OCONUS).
Location: Fort Belvoir, VA
Physical Requirements:
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May include lifting weight up to 25 pounds as necessary.
