Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant financial experience. Associate’s Degree plus 2 years’ additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience with DoD or government budgeting preferred.
- Strong data analysis and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Extensive working knowledge of the following systems is required: Navy ERP, DCAS, SDW, and MOCAS, PIEE, WAWF, and EDA.
- Familiarity with the Defense Industrial Financial Management System (DIFMS) and DCAS.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Financial Analyst
Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Patuxent River, Maryland
Introduction:
Rivet Operations Company is hiring a mid-level Financial Analyst to independently support Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) budgeting and investment operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of public-sector finance and experience working with government funding systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct quantitative analysis of investment and budgeting data.
- Prepare reports and recommendations based on financial findings.
- Reconcile accounting data and assist with forecasting and planning.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Provide support for monthly financial reporting including creating journal voucher documentation, assisting in cash and account balance reconciliations, and creating reports.
- Provide support for reimbursable billing, finalizing reimbursable funding documents, and performing billing reconciliations.
- Support and coordinate business and financial corporate data calls.
- Develop documentation for acquisition planning, including risk assessment and business/financial advice.
- Collect, compile, and analyze financial, project, and cost data for incorporation into team work plans, data calls, financial addendum, budgetary support documentation, and other financial documentations.
Compensation Minimum: $71,098.56
Compensation Maximum: $101,546.64
